First convert to the si units

SI unit for Mass is kilogram and for volume is m^3

    45/1000 equals to 0.045kg

    15/100 equals to 0.15m^3

Density is equal to mass times volume

    D equals to 0.045*0.15

    D equals to 0.00675kg/m^3
