    B false because if you do less time but more excersizing it might strain your muscles then your muscles might be damaged and will never be able to do a hard workout again ... atlas that is what i think

    The correct answer would be true. The main reason for this is because a compound exercise is one that works various muscles in the body, not just one muscle. So, you would theoretically need less workouts if you are workign such a large number of muscles in your body.
