    This was observed by Rutherford theory later Planck's quantum put his theory which said that:

    radiant energy is emmited or absorbed discontinuously in the form of small packets of energy which is called Quanta. Therefore energy of the atom that are losses due to speed of element during the revolving on the shell are kept or collected in the quanta.
