Gravitational potential energy (GPE) is the product of mass, acceleration due to gravity and the height from the ground to the doer/subject. GPE=mgh. The solution to this problem is to multiply 68kg, 9.81 m/s2 and 7.5 m. Therefore, the answer is 5003.1 kg/s2 or joules.
