Hail is hard pieces of ice falling from the sky at a fast pace, if this ice hits you, it'll cause severe injuries. Now if the hail is very little, you wont get hurt at all. If it is large and have some weight, and you have no shelter, it could cause you to bleed, break bones, or maybe even die.
