Average speed = (distance covered) / (time to cover the distance)

    Distance covered = (78 km + 60 km) = 138 km

    Time to cover the distance = (2 hrs + 3 hrs) = 5 hours

    Average speed = (138 km) / (5 hours)

    Average speed = 27.6 km/hr
