    Explanation:

    A frame of reference is a set of coordinate that can be used to determine position and velocity of objects in that frame. The frame of reference is classified into two namely;

    - inertial frame of reference and

    - non-profit inertial frame of reference.

    Inertia occurs when an object at rest remains at rest or an object in motion remains moving in a straight line unless another force acts upon it. Therefore an inertial frame of reference occurs when an object stays either at rest or at a constant velocity unless another force acts upon it. There is no acceleration in this frame of reference as it obeys Newton's first law.

    Therefore, all the options from A to E are incorrect as they are non-profit inertial frame of reference since the person and the frame of reference is subject to an acceleration.
