Explain the difference between strength, muscular endurance and power

    Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or muscle group to exert force to overcome a resistance. Strength is the amount of work you can do with your muscles at one time. Power is when you use your muscles to perform high intensity movements in short bursts.
