reduced speed comes out to be 48.3 km/hr

    Explanation:

intial speed = 65 miles per hour

final speed = 35 miles per hour

reduced speed = initial speed - final speed

    = 65 - 35

    = 30 mile/hr

    1 km = 0.62 mile

    1 miles = 1.61 km/hr

    so reduce speed in (km/hr) = 30 * 1.61 km/hr

    = 48.3 km/hr

hence the reduced speed comes out to be 48.3 km/hr
