Explain why human hearing has a frequency range of between 20Hz and 20000Hz

    If a humans ear was sensitive to hear a very low decibal of sound, his ears could have got damaged. and same goes with high frequency.

    The only logic is

    A human ear has adapted itself in meantime since evolution to withstand the frequency of voice between the range of 20Hz to 20000Hz.
