A car is moving at 12m/s and has a mass aof 600kg. what is the kinetic energy of the car?

    KE = (1/2) mv^2

    KE = (1/2) (600 kg) (12 m/s) ^2

    KE = (1/2) (600 kg)) 144 m^2/s^2)

    KE = 43,200 kg*m^2/s^2=43,200 Joules
