A 340 0hm resistor and a 550 ohm resistor are connected in parallel. this group is then connected in series with a 180 ohm and a 120 ohm resistor. what is the equivalent resistance of the circuit?

    Calculate parallel connected resistors:

    Rv=1 / (1/340 + 1/550) =

    210.11 ohm

    Now just sum up all resistors

    Rt = 210.11+180+120=

    510.11 ohm.
