When you bring the negatively charged balloon near a rod, how do the electrons move?

The electrons move away from the balloon. The electrons do not move. The electrons move toward the balloon.

    If the negative charged balloon near a rod, the electrons will move out of the balloon because if the balloon is near a rod, it will slowly decrease the amount of air in the ballon becau

    se rod is made out of electricity so it will let the balloon decrease
