Plants in pot B will outgrow plants in pot A, or die from excess water.

    Explanation:

The two pots provide the same factors for the bean seeds to germinate and the plants to grow strong and healthy, however, pot B receives more water than pot A and this can make plants from can B grow more than plants from pot A, or not. This uncertainty is generated by the fact that we do not know what quantities of water are being placed. Pot B may be receiving the ideal amount of water for the bean plants, or receiving excess water which will cause these plants to die.
