If EMS waves are transverse, what conclusion can you make concerning the distances they can travel?

    The wavelength, λ defined as the total distance traveled by the wave in one full cycle of motion. In other words, wavelength can be given by horizontal distance between repeating units of wave pattern.

    Also, the wavelength of a transverse wave can be measured as the distance between two adjacent crests or troughs.

    λ * f = v

    Where,

    f = frequency in Hz

    v = speed in m/s
