How much energy is needed to increase the temperature of 755 g of iron from 283 K to 403 K?

    where:

    Q = quantity of energy

    m = mass = 755g

    ΔT = difference in temperature = (403 - 283) K

    C = specific heat capacity = 0.444 J/gK
