The particles in air will be motion. when they strike, they transfer the energy to beside particles in that way they transfer the energy to surroundings. when the particles strike the bottle the energy is transmitted to it. then the bottle surface observe the energy and transmit to the inside liquid which gets heated up and turns into vapour. and when comes out of bottle cools down and settles on the surface of the bottle. so, the droplets are formed on the bottle.
