A rocketship is delivering payloads to the Space Station. If the rocket is accelerating at 3.2 Gs acceleration every minute (1g is 9.8 meters per second) then how many minutes would it take to reach Earth's escape velocity 7 miles per second or 25000 mph

A Rocket travels upward to the Space station. The Rocket increases acceleration 3.2 G's a minute. how many minutes will it take for rocket to reach escape speed 7 miles per second into orbit?

    356.377 min.

    Explanation:

    Acceleration given to the rocket = 3.2 g per minute

    = 3.2 x 9.8 meters per second per minute

    =31.36 meters per sec / per min

    now, 25000 mph = 25000 x. 44704 m / s.

    = 11176 m / s

    v = u + at

    u = 0

    t = v/a

    = 11176 / 31.36 min

    = 356.377 min
