Our sun and any star far away in a another galaxy are too distant to feel a gravitational force between them. The given statement is true statement.

    Explanation:

The reason behind the statement is, the gravitational force is inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. When the objects are close to each other there exits higher gravitational pull and vice - versa. Here the distance between sun and star from another galaxy is very long and as a result of it, it has less gravitational pull.
