If a speed is based on what would be safe in wet weather, what would be the radius of curvature for a curve marked 40 km/h? the coefficient of static friction of rubber on wet concrete is μs=0.7, the coefficient of kinetic friction of rubber on wet concrete is μk=0.5.

    Radius of the curbature for a curve marked 40km/h will be 17.99m

    M V^2 / R = µ. M. g

    R = V^2 / µ. g = 11.11^2 / 0.7. 9.8 = 17.99
