Because It gives us a lot of information about the universe and the galaxy they are contained in. We have many theory about the topic such as a great and most popular hypothesis is that they are created when a planet dies. We are also studying the factor because scientists have reason to believe that a black hole approximately 23,284.249583 light yrs away is getting closer and closer to earth by day
