    Explanation:

    The induced current is related to the rate of change of the magnetic flux in a loop wired, so adding a strong magnet will increase the magnetic flux, and if we increase the spinning we'll increase the change of rate, so both induced a bigger current, so b, c, and d are also correct, but c will show better results.
