Rhea kicks a soccer ball at 13 km/h to Sean. After kicking the ball, the speed of the soccer ball from Rhea's reference frame is 13 km/h. The speed of the soccer ball from Sean's reference frame is 22 km/h.

    Since the ball is moving at the same speed in Rhea's reference frame relative the speed it was kicked at, Rhea must be standing still. Since the ball is moving faster than the speed at which it was kicked from Sean's reference frame, he must be running towards the ball.

    This means A is the correct answer here!
