    R = 2 ohms

    1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 + 1/R4 + 1/R5

    Since the 5 resistors are 10 ohms each, substitute them in to the formula

    1/R = 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10

    The LCM = 10

    1/R = 5/10

    Reciprocate both sides

    R = 10/5 = 2 ohms

    The correct option is B
