    About 175 million years ago.

    Explanation:

Approximately 335 million years ago, the scattered landforms on the earth surface assembled to form super-continents also called Pangea. It existed during late Paleozoic and Mesojoic era. It again started breaking away about 175 million years ago to form the present continents. Much of the Pangea was in the southern hemisphere surrounded by super-ocean.
