The space shuttle passes over mission control in Texas. After it flies a distance of 1,600,000 meters it is above Florida. If the average speed of the shuttle is 10,000 meters per second, how long after the shuttle passed over Texas did it reach Florida?

    If speed = distance / time

    time = distance / speed

    so time = 1600000/10000 = 160 seconds
