    Explanation:

    It is the opposite.

    Indeed electrons are spining in the atoms and that creates a magnetic field. Nevertheless, when the electrons are paired they spin in opposite directions and so the mangnetic fields are opposed leading to a net zero magnetic field.

    It is when electrons are not paired that there is a net magnetic field and the metal exhibits magnetic properties.

    So, the conclusion is that, in general, metals that have all the electrons paired do not have magnetic properties.
