Newtons Third law says that opposites attract, because if they come together, they make a whole of something new, but if there the same force, it will repent because they make nothing new, just two more versions of that force. Think of it as a relationship between two people, if they have a child and the parents are almost exactly alike, you have a child who is nothing new, just a smaller and younger version of the parents.
