    The power rating is 5W

    And resistance is 14kΩ=14000

    Given that,

    Power in an electric circuit is

    P=i^2*R

    Therefore,

    5=i^2 * 14000

    divide both side by 14000

    i^2=5/14000

    i^2=0.0003571

    Then take square of both side

    i=0.019amps

    Then the maximum current it can hold without damage is 0.019amps
