How to convert K^-1 to °C^-1 in thermal expansion

    You don't need to convert.

    The magnitude of a 1 degree change in Kelvin is the same as the magnitude of a 1 degree change on the Celsius scale.

    Since thermal expansion depends on the change in temperature, this change will be the same on either scale.
