How does wavelength affect the pitch of a sound?

a) the longer the wavelength the longer the sound

b) the shorter the wavelength the lower the sound

    D) none of the above. for the wavelength to effect the pitch it doesn't need to be taller or shorter. it's based on how close the wavelengths are together. for example if the wavelengths are closer itll be a higher pitch, if it is further apart then itll be a lower (deeper) pitch.
