An object with a mass of 1500 g (grams) accelerates 10 m/s2 when an unknown force is applied to it. What is the amount of the force?

    From the information given, there is 1,500 g mass that accelerates to a velocity of 10 m/s. We use the formula F = m * v. where F = force, m = mass and v = velocity. In our case m = 1,500g which is 1.5 kg, and v = 10 m/s F = m * v → F = 1.5 * 10 → F = 15 Therefore the amount of force that was applied to accelerate the object to 10m/s² is 15kg m/s² or 15 Newtons
