    All the Potential Energy is converted into kinetic energy, this means that P. E = K. E = 60J

    K. E = 1/2 x mass x (velocity) 2

    60 = 0.5 x 0.15 x (velocity) 2

    Velocity = 28.3 m/s

    The baseball speed was 28.3 m/s before it strikes the ground
