There are many estimates for the energy generation of the human beings depending on the weight, the gender, the age and the activity.

    A normal accepted number per day, at rest, is 175,000 joules/kg * 50 kg = 8,750,000 joules

    Power (watts) = energy / time = 8,750,000 joule/24h*1h/3600s = 101 watt.

    Answer: approximately 100 watt
