Basically there will be an increase in the air temperature in the clouds. Internally the water vapor is condensed in a cloud to fall like rain and release all the heat that it has inside. This heat is physically known as 'latent heat'. With this release of energy released as water vapor becomes drops of water, a microphysical process will be generated in the clouds that are responsible for controlling the conversion of water vapor into cloud particles and their respective rainfall.

The correct answer is A: Get Warmer.
