A 4.3 kg bowling ball is initially at rest. If a 15 N force acts on it for 0.85 s, what is the final velocity of the bowling ball?

    According to Newton's 2nd law of motion, F = ma = = > a = F / m = 15/4.3 = 3.48 m/s^2. Now using kinematic equation, v=u+at = > v = 0 + 3.48x0.85 = > V = 2.958 m/s
