    This is an opinion based question, but you're basically saying to replace core infrastructure in place that's not causing that many problems ... we have other things to worry about ... chromium ions are bad and arsenic is bad too, but ultimately replacing things is an enormous expense and would be probably be worse. I could justify but you didn't provide us your articles.
