    We have following data given

    m=3.00 kg

    h = 1.00 m

    g = 9.81 m/s

    Solution

    KEf=PEg=mgh

    so

    KE=mgh = (3.00 kg) (9.81 m/s) (1.00 m)

    KE=29.4 J

    Potential energy=mgh

    m=3kg

    g = 9.81 m/s)

    h = 1.00 m

    p. E = 3*9.81*1 = 29.43 Joules

    (1/2) mv^2=mgh

    so the kinetic energy is equal to

    =29.4 J
