It is false that the speed of Higher crash do not increase the ability of vehicle in any manner nor does the restraint system to properly operate.

    Explanation:

The vehicle ability and their restrain system is in actual sense reduced and not increased when sought for the higher crash speeds. The speed limit which is set takes care of all the parameter required for the safe driving and therefore must be followed.

Speeding above that causes the danger to safety and may lead into hit or crash where when in speed the restrain system are reduced due to high crash.
