    d = v * t, where d is the distance and v is the velocity, t is the time

    cheetah

    v = 95.4 km/h

    gazelle

    v = 74.4 km/h

    d1 = 83m = 0.083 km

    when the cheetah catches the gazelle the distances will be equal

    95.4t = 74.4t+0.083

    t = 0.00395 h * (3600s/1h) = 14.22 s
