A noun-moving object always has zero Kinetic energy. true or false?

This statement is true. This is because and object gains kinetic energy when the object moves, or wastes its potential energy. Therefore, if an object is not moving, it has stored a lot of potential energy, but has zero kinetic energy.

The answer is true. A non-moving object will have zero kinetic energy, however, if a moving object, for any reason, stops it's movement, the kinetic energy will then get converted into some other form of energy.
