The energy of a photon is presented in the equation of E = hc/gamma where E is the energy of the photon, hc is 1.99x10^-25 joules - meter and gamma is the wavelength of the photon. Since you are given a blue-light photon with a wavelength of 4.80 * 10-7 meter, plug in the values to the energy equation and you will get 4.15x10^-19 joules.
