    Number of turns in the secondary = 175

    Explanation:

    for a transformer

    Es / Ep = Ns / Np

    Es = secondary voltage=120 V

    Ep = primary voltage=480 V

    Ns = number of turns in the secondary

    Np = Number of turns in the primary=700

    so 120/480=Ns/700

    Ns = 175
