A stained glass window usually has several sections to it,

    and they handle light differently.

    - - The sections that are completely clear, and if you look

through one of them you can see the cars outside in the

    parking lot, are transparent.

    - - The sections that are milky, and light comes through them

but if you look through them you can't see the shapes of cars

    or people, are translucent.

    - - The sections that are so heavily stained or tinted that they

    look completely dark are opaque.

A stained glass window is not a transparent because it doesn't show anything outside because it is stained so the answer is not transparent.
