    Yes this is true. The protons and neutrons are in the neucleus and the electrons orbit

    True because nucleus is made of protons and neutrons and in outside the nucleus u have an orbit like jupiters or saturn which contain electrons. So electrons are like the moons of saturn or jupiter's
