Explain why electromagnetic radiation sometimes act as a wave and sometimes as a stream of particles?

    Einstein said that electromagnetic radiation can behave as a wave and a particle. Light can behave like wavelike properties but can be thought of as a stream of particles. Each stream of particles carries a quantum of energy and Einstein called these particles photons.
