A carries smaller amount of current than B.

    Explanation:

Since there are two closed circuit, we can say that there is parallel connection between them. In parallel connection circuit, voltage across them is same but have different amount of current flowing through them. Voltage drop across any node is given by V=IR, V=voltage drop, I=current, R=resistance. So in first circuit V=6 and R=24 by calculating we get I=0.25. Current flowing in 2nd circuit is 0.3 and current flowing in 1st is 0.25. So, current flowing in A is smaller than in B.
