what is the acceleration of a cabinet of mass 45 kg if Jake and Ted push it by applying horizontal force of 25 Newtons and 18 Newtons respectively in the same direction

    F (net) = ma, so

    Acceleration = net force / mass

    Net force = 25 N + 18 N = 43 N

    Mass = 45 kg

    Acceleration = 43 N / 45 kg = 0.96 m/s^2
