Kristina works out seven days a week. Lately she has been tired and her body aches. If she is overtraining which training principle should Kristina consider before continuing her program

    Here's the process when we want to build muscle:

    When we work out to build muscles, our muscle cells will be 'broken' or destroyed, after that, our body will rebuild that muscle into a stronger muscle. That's why we often feels aches after we work out.

    Kristina need to give her body the time it needed to reconstruct all her cells through enough rest and enough nutrition.
