A bike (mass of bike + rider = 85 kg) is coasting on a flat road at 10 m/s. What is the kinetic energy of the bike and rider?

    Kinetic energy = 1/2 x mass x speed^

    = 1/2 x 85 x 10 x 10

    = 4250
